| 摘 要： | 在高职院校,辅导员、班主任队伍由于自身学历偏低、工作流动性大以及职务晋升空间狭窄等原因,成为制约辅导员工作开展的瓶颈。建设一支高素质的辅导员、班主任队伍,必须把好人才引进关,提高工作待遇,拓展他们职务、职称提升的空间。

To build a high quality staff team, good talents should be brought in, treatment should be improved, space of their post and professional title should be broadened as well. |
