| 摘 要： | 现代档案信息资源管理必须建立与知识经济时代相适应的新模式.一是健全现代管理信息系统,使档案信息转化为知识资产;二是促使档案信息资源"流动",实现广泛的社会资源共享;三是档案、图书、情报一体化管理,发挥信息系统整体功能;四是规范控制"节点"访问,实行义务和有偿两种服务;五是加强档案信息资源开发利用的自动化、网络化建设.

| Abstract: | The modem archives information resource management should build a new mode to suit the knowledge e-conomy time. Firstly, building and perfecting the modern management information system will change archives information into knowledge assets. Secondly, circulating the archives information resource will realize extensive social resource share. Thirdly, the integrative management for archives, books, and information will exert the whole information system function. Fourthly, regulating and controlling the node access implements compulsory and paid service. Fifthly, strengthening the automatization and network construct of the archives information resource exploitation and use. |
