摘    要:农民工职业教育质量成为提升农民工整体素质,推动我国城镇化建设的关键.教师数量不够、门类不全、能力不足;课程供给与需求脱节、教与学位势错位、学习成果评价和认定困难以及由于投入不足、重视不够,所引发的农民工职业教育硬环境不佳、软环境缺失等问题,已经严重影响了农民工职业教育的质量.在有效学习理论指导下,通过全面提升农民工职业教育的整体师资水平、大力激发农民工职业教育学习的积极性和主动性、持续优化农民工职业教育的内外环境加以克服与解决.

Abstract:Migrant worker vocational education quality is the key to promoting the overall literacy of migrant workers and to push-ing forward domestic urbanization process. The difficulty in evaluating and certificating learning outcomes,and the insufficiency in de-votion and attention affected by the shortage of teachers in terms of total number,profession structures,teaching competence,the dis-joint of curriculum supply and demand,the dislocation of teaching and learning caused the serious problems in migrant-worker vocation-al education,such as the poor hard educational environment,the deficiency of soft environment,leading to the deterioration of migrant-worker vocational education quality. Based on the effective learning theory,the suggestions to confront and the solution of the problems were made,including improving the teachers all-rounded qualification,stimulating greatly the mobility and motive of migrant workers in participating vocational learning,and continuing to ameliorate the interior and exterior environments.
