现代远程教育中新技术应用的反思

技术是远程教育得以发展的基础,随着信息技术的发展,更多的新技术被运用到现代远程教育中来.但盲目、过度地追求新技术的使用,不但提升了远程教育的成本,未能取得预期的使用效果,在一定程度上造成了资源的浪费,更重要的是还可能会引起连锁的负面效果,如数字化鸿沟的加大、影响教育公平的实现等.现代远程教育对于新技术的使用必须要遵循一定的原则和路径,审时度势、合理使用,最大限度发挥新技术对远程教育的支持作用.

Reflection on the Application of New Technology in Modern Distance Education

Technology is the basis for the development of distance education. With the development of information technology, more new technologies are applied to modern distance education. But blindly,excessive use of the pursuit of new technology is not only to enhance the cost of distance education,fail to achieve the desired effect to a certain extent. Resulting in a waste of resources,more importantly,it may also cause a negative effect of the chain,such as the increasing in the digital divide,affecting the realization of ed-ucational equity and so on. Modern distance education for the use of new technologies must follow a certain principle and path,size up the situation and use the new technology rationally to maximize the role of support for distance education.
