老年大学多元教学模式研究

摘    要:多元教学模式基于我国老年大学的教学现状、成人学习理论和老年人身心状况及学习特点而提出,其以学习者为中心,以教师为主导,旨在培养学习者的自主学习能力.该模式结合了以问题为基础的教学模式、传统教学模式和合作学习教学模式,为老年学习者的实际生活服务,以期提高其晚年生活质量.

Abstract:Polybasic Teaching Model is put up based on current teaching circumstances of U3As,adult learning theories and characteristics of the elderly. In this model,it is raised that students are the center when teachers are conductors aimed at guiding the students to improve their abilities of self-regulated learning. This teaching model Integrates problem-based learning with traditional teaching model and cooperative-learning teaching model,skills and attitude and higher life qualities of the elderly.
