摘    要:地方性继续教育法治化建设具有完备性、区域性、创新性、多样性等特征,但目前继续教育地方立法还存在许多亟需解决的问题,需要进一步完善.为适应学习型社会的持续推进,应通过立法确立继续教育地位,均衡受教育权,突出地方立法特色,满足现实与未来的需要,实现我国继续教育的可持续发展.

Abstract:The construction of legalization of local continuing education has the following features-complete,regional,innovative, diverse and so on. On the other hand,at present,there are still many problems with local legislation for continuing education,which urgently need to be settled or further improvement. To meet the needs of carrying forward the learning society,more legislation will pass to establish the status of the continuing education,balance the right of education,highlight the features of local legislation. Therefore, meeting the demands of reality and future and achieving the sustainable development of continuing education in our country.
