论教育的伦理特性

摘    要:教育伦理特性即在教育历史发展历程中共同存在的体现教育本性的道义假设和伦理精神。考察教育的历史和现实 ,可以发现 ,文化共享和育人成才是人类教育活动不可或缺的两个道德基石。文化共享和文化私有、文化独占相对立 ,强调把文化财富传递和传播给他人 ,让大家共同享有文化进步的成果。它的一般要求是 :努力丰富文化共享的资源 ,扩大文化共享的人群。育人成才体现着教育的基本宗旨 ,强调对人发展的关爱和对人成长的促进。在现代社会 ,它的基本要求是 :发展人的主体性 ,提升教育公平的水平 ,从而实现个人全面发展

Abstract:The moral features of education refer to the moral hypothesis and ethical spirit in the development history of education for reflecting the nature of education. An observation of both educational history and reality reveals that the sharing of culture and cultivation of talent are the two indispensable moral cornerstones of educational activities of human beings. Comparatively independent of the private possession and monopolization of culture, the sharing of culture emphasizes the dissemination of cultural wealth and the sharing of cultural achievements for the maximum enrichment of cultural resources and the expansion of social groups sharing the cultural heritage. In reflection of the basic principle of education, the cultivation of talent aims at caring for and promoting the growth of human beings. In modern society, the basic requirement of the cultivation of talent is to guarantee the all round development of individuals by enhancing the level of educational entity.
