| Abstract: | Similarity is the essence of experience in cognitive metaphor. It needs, for the sake of the importance of similarity itself in cognitive metaphor, a further clarification from four aspects： a contrast between rhetorical and cognitive metaphor; the definition of experience; the features and the certainty of experiential similarity. |
