社会责任视角下日本企业与非政府组织的协作关系分析——以日本松下电器公司为例

承担社会责任是现代企业实现可持续发展的关键所在。日本企业与非政府组织基于社会责任的协作，不仅有效履行了回报社会的义务，而且在承担社会责任的同时实现了互惠互利。企业拓展了经营领域，提升了企业形象；非政府组织则借此扩大了事业，增强了社会影响力。双方的协作范围广、作用大，对日本社会的发展起了重要的推进作用。日本企业与非政府组织间的协作关系，对我国具有一定的借鉴意义。

Co-operative Relationship Analysis between Japanese Enterprises and Non-governmental Organizations under the View of Social Responsibility --An example of Panasonic Electric Corporation

To offer social responsibility is one of important ways to improve sustained development ability in enterprises. The cooperative relations between Japanese non-governmental enterprises and organizations were established in keeping with the trend. By cooperating with non-governmental organizations, enterprises not only fulfilled social responsibility and obligation effectively to repay the society, but also received practical benefits in expanding business field and enhancing the corporate image. This corporation led Japan＇s development to a virtuous circle. By analyzing the model and features of the cooperative relations between Japanese enterprises and Japanese non-governmental organizations, this paper is intended to provide reference for China.
