| 摘 要： | 中小学教师继续教育是建立一支高素质教师队伍,全面推进素质教育,促进我国社会、经济、科技迅猛发展的战略性措施.但这项工作的开展当前面临着师资、经费、认识不足等方面的问题,解决这些问题的对策就是转变认识、加速教育立法和构建科学的继续教育课程体系.

| Abstract: | That primary and middle school teachers receive advanced education is a strategic measure to build up high quality teaching staff, promote quality education and speed up the development of our society, economy, science and technology. However, to carry out this task, we meet the problems of lack of trainers, fund and proper understanding. The change of thinking, speedy setting up of educational laws and construction of a scientific system of courses can help to solve the problems. |
