| Abstract: | The acquisition of Chinese characters by Western learners has become a focus and difficulty point in the research of TCFL in recent years.This paper takes an overview of the studies in this area by sub-dividing them into aspects such as error analysis,relevant factors,development patterns and learners' strategies.Some comments on research methodology are also presented. |
