美德日澳高职产学合作及人才培养模式比较研究

摘    要:美、德、日、澳高职产学合作及人才培养模式各有其特点,又有共性。其共性表现在:重视办学模式和人才培养模式的探索与改革;政府高度重视并把技术应用性人才作为重点来抓;充分发挥行业及企业在教育与培训中的作用。鉴于此,我国高职教育发展中,政府要积极参与并做好规划和宏观管理工作;各院校要坚持产学研三者结合,深化改革办出特色,以能力为本位构建课程体系。

Abstract:Higher vocational education in the U.S.,Germany,Japan and Australia has characteristics and commonness in their corporation of enterprising and learning and talent cultivation models.In common,they all focus on the exploration and reform of the school-running model and the talent cultivation model.Their governments show great attention to higher vocational education and the cultivation of applied talents.In addition,enterprises in these countries play positive role in education and training.According to this,Chinese government should make positive functions in regulating and macro administration,in corporation of enterprising,learning and researching,take further reforms and set up ability-centered curriculum systems.
