新时期维护高校稳定工作的思考与实践

新时期维护高校稳定工作，应把握“三个范畴”（学生、教师和员工“三个群体”的人员范畴，招生、培养和就业“三个过程”的时间范畴，校内、校外和网络“三个领域”的空间范畴），切实做好抵御渗透、治安防控和矛盾纠处的“三个重点”工作，不断完善沟通协调机制、考核评估机制以及相关保障机制的“三个机制”，从而保障师生人身财产安全，实现高校平安和谐。
