课程标准起源和演进的历史考察

摘    要:课程标准起源干课程设置和管理上明确化和规范化的需求。英国《1862年修正法》是法定课程标准的最早文本之一。历经“初期”、“中期”和“近期”3个时期150多年的演进,尤其是最近10多年的迅速发展,课程标准文本已趋干成为结构和功能都相当完整而开放的体系,并逐步从一般的课程设置与管理工具,转变成同时也具有引领和推动课程发展与变革的强势功能的课程管理与课程领导手段,成为课程体系和课程活动的“主轴”。

Abstract:Curriculum standards originate from the needs for the clarification and normalization of curriculum offerings and management. The 1862 Revised Code of Britain is one of the earliest legal texts of curriculum standards. With the evolution during the last 150 years, and especially with the development in the last ten years, the curriculum standards text have been turned into a complete and open system from an originally simple tool for curriculum management, and it now has a relatively comprehensive structure and powerful functions to guide and drive the reform and development in curriculums. Curriculum standards are now the "thematic strands" for curriculum systems and curriculum activities.
