| 摘 要： | 在探讨技术预见内涵的基础上，结合国内外项目实践研究技术预见中的信号分析，从技术发展信号、政策导向信号和市场需求信号三方面指出技术预见中信号分析的意义、内涵、指标和方法；通过信号分析框架的探讨，进一步指出技术预见是着眼于长远和宏观分析的活动；针对具体分析工作的开展，介绍技术路线图、关联法、问题指引法三种信号分析方法，比较技术预见中信号分析的研究模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of connotation of technology foresight and the practice home and abroad, the article discusses the signal analysis for technology foresight project. The article elaborates the significance, indicators, methods and frameworks of signal analysis, including technology evolution signal, policy oriented signal and market demand signal. In allusion to detailed tasks, technology roadmap, correlation method and question directed method are explored and compared. The article has a certain significance for undertaking technology foresight project and competitive technical intelligence. |
