| 摘 要： | 当今,高校学生状告母校已不是新鲜事,这说明高校学生的维权意识在迅速增强。然而,我国专门保护高校学生权利的立法还是空白。为有效保护学生权利,实现依法治校,推进民主法治进程,构建完善的高校学生权利保障制度已十分迫切。

| Abstract: | It is not the news for the students in university to accuse their alma mater today.This indicates that the consciousness of students in safeguarding their legal rights has been strengthened rapidly.However,the legislation for safeguard the rights of students in university is still blank in our country.It is quite urgent to build the perfect rights ensurance system of the students in university so that the fights of students can be protected effectively and managing universities according to law can be implemented.This can also speed up the process of democracy and constitutionality. |
