| 摘 要： | 实行不同的行政区划制度是导致楚亡汉兴的重要因素。落后于时代的分封制,是项羽功败垂成的重要原因之一;同样的道理,刘邦实行了适合社会实际情况的郡国制,尽可能地团结了不同阶层的人,不但取得了与项羽斗争的胜利,也为西汉的兴旺、发展提供了制度上的保障。

| Abstract: | Administrative regionalization was one of the important elements leading to the fall of Chu and the rise of Han Dynasty.The awkward infeudation system was one of the reasons caused the failure of Xiang Yu,while the system of Prefectures and Counties,the co-existence of the system of Enffeoffment and the system of Prefectures and Countyes,carried out by Liu Bang,which met the current social demands,not only helped Liu Bang beat Xiang Yu,but assured the development of West Han institutionally as well. |
