| 摘 要： | 和谐社会需要运用法律协调各种利益关系,而加强法治建设是构建和谐社会的内在要求。为此,必须进一步加强法治建设。法治建设越发展、越健全,法治建设为和谐社会建设的保障就越多,和谐社会建设就越顺利、越有序。
