| 摘 要： | 高职高专是为了培养大批现代高技术应用型人才而发展起来的新生事物。为了使高职高专更好地为经济发展服务，本文认为必须转变观念，强化质量意识，下大力气搞好教材建设，创建特色专业，创建学校特色，走跨越式发展的道路。

| Abstract: | With the new century's coming and China's access WTO,it becomes social necessary to train a group of talent for professional fixing modern high technology,economic development and technical guarantee.In order to overcome the long time influences of planed economy and quicken the development of high professional college,we must change the idea ,make clear the propose,make clear the object,strengthen the quality and innovation,and bold in making innovation and practice. |
