农业专业实验室管理体制的改革

该院构建了实验中心管理模式。建立了园艺植物栽培与设施园艺、园艺植物育种与生物技术、园艺产品采后处理3个面向全院服务的平台实验室。探讨了新时期农业专业实验室管理体制改革的主要途径和方法,总结了多功能、高水平、高效益开放实验室运行的成功经验,为全面推进专业实验室的建设和管理水平提供了理论依据。

On the Management System Reform of Agricultural Laboratory

The college of horticulture carried the management reform for laboratories and established a central management system.Laboratory for horticultural plant cultivation and protected horticulture,laboratory for horticultural plant breeding and biotechnology,and laboratory for post harvest processing of horticultural plant were opened to serve the whole college members.This paper discussed the management reform on the laboratory for the students majoring in agriculture at the new stage and summed up the experiences of multifunction,high-level,and high efficient open laboratory.It provides a theory basis for improving laboratory establishment and management level.
