职业院校技能实训与信息技术融合的实践研究

摘    要:当前,在中国教育现代化背景下,推进职业院校技能实训与信息化技术融合的实践研究势在必行,但目前存在教师信息化素养有待提高、学生学习习惯有待养成、多元化评价有待推进等问题。实践证明,推进技能实训与信息化技术的融合对教师、学生、学校具有重要意义。因此,在借鉴与实践基础上,探索形成了技能实训与信息化技术融合的线上线下混合式课堂教学模型。结果表明,在研究休伯特·德雷福斯技能获得模型理论的基础上,以钳工技能为例分析技能各阶段的特点和信息化融合手段,对培养学生的创新思维能力有积极的作用。

Abstract:Under the background of China's educational modernization,it is imperative to promote the practical research on the integration of skills training and information technology in vocational colleges.However,there are still some problems,such as teachers'information literacy to be improved,students'learning habits to be developed,and diversified evaluation to be promoted.Practice has proved that promoting the integration of skills training and information technology is of great significance to teachers,students and schools.Therefore,on the basis of reference and practice,this paper explores and forms an online and offline hybrid classroom teaching model integrating skills training and information technology.Based on the study of Hubert Dreyfus's skill acquisition model theory,this paper takes fitter skills as an example to analyze the characteristics of each stage of skills and the means of information integration,and point out that this integration will reform teaching mode and learning methods and will also play a positive role in cultivating students'innovative thinking ability.
