| 摘 要： | 运用横截面分析法和时间序列分析法,分别对中国区域专利增长率在1985-2007年间的趋同情况进行实证分析。研究表明,以发明专利表征的原始创新能力在地区间表现出明显的趋异特征。中西部地区应通过大力实施自主创新工程提高自身的创新能力。

| Abstract: | It uses the cross-section approach and time-series approach to analyze the convergence of regional patent development in China during 1985-2005. The results indicate that original innovation capacity measured by innovation patent has the characteristic of disparity. Central and western regions of China should implement independent innovation project to elevate innovation capacity. |
