课程改革视野下的教师教学能力结构

摘    要:体现时代特征的新一轮课程改革给教学带来了革命性的变化,深刻影响着教师的教学能力结构,并赋予其新的内涵。在反思了传统教学存在统一化、知识化、灌输化和教条化的基础上,揭示了新课程教学不确定性、选择性、民主性和创新性的特点,进而提出与新课程实施相适应的教师教学能力结构。

Abstract:The new round curriculum reform that embodies the characteristics of the era brings a revolutionary change to teaching,and it profoundly affects and attaches new connotation to the structure of teaching competence of the teachers.This paper first reflects on the existing problems of the traditional teaching,namely,uniformity,knowledge-standardization,infusion and doctrinarism.Then,it reveals the teaching characteristics under the new curriculum,namely uncertainty,selectivity,democracy and originality.Finally,it puts forward the structure of teaching competence in accordance to the implementation of the new curriculum.
