| Abstract: | The trend of single proprietorship in foreign investment in China is becoming popular. This can be explained internally by the foreigners' lust for monopoly profits, and externally by China' access to WTO and extended range of opening. The trend has both advantage and disadvantage . Given a proper reply, the domestic enterprise can successfully exist, develop and expand. |
