| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,探讨了如何应用现代信息技术优化学校体育教学过程的问题。要实现教学过程的最优化,必须合理运用现代信息技术并使之与传统教学方式互补。应根据教学目标的不同,科学地设计出不同的现代信息技术教材和课件,以优化教学效果。
