本科生导师制培养模式的实践与思考

摘    要:本科生导师制是高校普遍推行的一种新型培养模式。其内涵是满足高校实施学分制的需要,指导学生准确理解本专业人才培养方案,系统了解学习内容,构建合理知识结构;切实加强教育“育人”功能,实现“品德与学问俱进”的目标。在导师制实施过程中要努力解决导师师资匮乏问题、提高对导师工作的认识、明确职责,建立完善的导师制规章制度。

Abstract:The tutorial system is a new cultivation pattern universally implemented in universities.It aims at meeting the demand of the credit system,help students better understand the cultivation plan of their major, and build a reasonable knowledge structures so that both morality instruction and knowledge instruction are emphasized.In the process of the tutorial system implementation,we must try to solve the problem of the teacher shortage,improve the teachers' understanding of their work,and formulate the perfect rules for the tutorial system.
