On the Coincidence in Modernity between Institutional Environment and Modern University System

As an academic organization, modern university needs to establish some modern systems to keep itself developing benignly and having everlasting energy. This, to a great extent, depends on the satisfactory support of social institutional environment. This view is obviously presented on the century s history in China. Therefore, the innovation of institutional environment is the most important aspect of China' educational reform.
