| 摘 要： | 文章主要对国内外海上平台调试工作的现状进行了分析和阐述，介绍了目前国外项目采用的比较先进的调试工作系统管理方法及其优点，并针对国内项目的运作情况，提出了可行的推荐做法以及推行这种做法的必要条件，对国内后续的海上平台调试工作具有很强的指导意义。

| Abstract: | This essay analyses and expatriates the current status of the commissioning work on domestic as well as overseas offshore platforms. Meanwhile, it also presents the advanced systematic management mode for commissioning work and its merit which has commonly adopted by overseas projects. Furthermore, it introduces the feasible methods and the indispensable condition for its popularization on the basis of domestic operational experience which essentially steer the forthcoming offshore commissioning work. |
