浅谈高校后勤实体的授权管理

随着高校后勤社会化改革的逐步深入,后勤实体要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,就必须主动从传统管理走向现代管理,终结“等级制”管理,建构一种开放、灵活的授权管理模式,从而调动职工参与管理的积极性和创造性,以确保高校后勤实体稳步向前推进。

A Talk on Authorization Management and Higher School's Rear Serviece Reform

With the development of socialization reform of rear service in higher schools, in order to win a place in the tense market competition, the rear service department must transfer from traditional management to modern management, ending the old "ranking system" management, establishing an open and flexible authorization management pattern, so has to motivate the staffs activity and creating or participating in management, and ensure the steady development of rear service entity as well.
