摘    要:鸡产酸克雷伯菌培养在各种培养基上均可生长,单个散在或两两相连.本菌为无芽胞、无鞭毛、有荚膜的革兰氏阴性杆菌,大小约0.55~1.0um×0.9~1.9um;能利用各种糖类(除蔗糖外)产酸或同时产气,能利用尿素,不利用枸橼酸盐;M.R阴性,V-P阳性,不产生H2S,不液化明胶,靛基质试验阳性,硝酸盐还原反应阳性,触酶反应阳性;对硫酸卡那霉素和氯霉素敏感;小白鼠、鸡、家兔对本菌均易感.

Abstract:The demands of culture of the bacilli aren't too high and the bacilli can grow in all kinds of culture mediums. The bacilli are often slightly oval in outline, and usually occur singly but sometimes in pairs surrounded by capsules, varying in size from 0.55-1.0um in width and 0.9-1.9um in length, and do not produce spores. The bacilli can produce acid and gas or only acid in several carbohydrates, not including glucosido-fructofuranoside, and urea and indol, and are methyl real positive and Voges-Prokauer n...
