浅谈煤炭企业物资供应管理信息化

企业物资供应工作是企业管理职能中重要的不可分割的一部分，与财务、劳资、人事、生产、计划、技术等部门共同组成完整的企业管理体系。在企业中物资供应如被支解或分离，将造成企业管理功能的不完整和内部紊乱，严重影响企业的整体效益。本文以煤炭企业为例对企业物资供应管理信息化进行了初探，提出一些比较可行的措施。

Material supply of an enterpise is one of important and indispensable parts in its manage - ment, which jointly consistutes an integral management system with the department of finance, salary, personnel, production, planning, and technique. If the supply were disassembled or separated, it would cause imcompleteness and disorder of the enterprise, and even severaly affect its economic in - terest. The writer simply discusses the management computerization of the supply through the example of coal mine enterprise, and puts forward the practicable measures.
