省属本科高校基层学科组织建构中的问题探析

基层学科组织是高校核心组织。近年来，省属本科高校适应高等教育发展的需要，围绕基层学科组织的建构进行了有益的探索和实践。但是，从整体上看仍然存在着：基层学科组织设置范围过窄。不利于学科的综合和交叉；基层学科组织体制僵化、封闭，灵活性、开放性不足；教学、科研分离，缺乏有效的整合机制；行政权力和学术权力失衡，基层学科组织行政化；基层学科组织活力不足；资源分散，利用率较低等六个方面的不足。

Analyse about problems in local colleges and universities basic discipline organization

Basic discipline organization is the key part of colleges and universities. In light of high education development, recently many local colleges and universities made instructive research and practice on their basic discipline organization systems. But there are some problems commonly found in their basic discipline organization systems： basic discipline organization is too narrow for mixture and integration of different disciplines, basic discipline organization system is too implosive without enough flexibility, teaching is separated from academy research without effective conformity system, administration power and academy power is out of balance, basic discipline organization is lack of energy and finally resource is too distracted without being effectively shared.
