企业知识管理应着重解决的几个问题

企业知识管理中存在着对知识资产和人才资产管理不到位、企业创新能力不强、知识资产专门管理机构缺乏等方面问题。转变观念 ,将知识资产和有形资产放在同等位置进行管理 ,开发人才资源 ,保护人才资产 ,提高企业创新能力 ,建立专门机构定期对知识资产进行合理评估与审计是企业知识管理中应着重解决的几个问题。

Problems of Enterprise Management to be Solved in Particular

There are some problems in enterprise management such as weakness in management of the assets of knowledge and the talented people,in blazing new trails in enterprises,and lack of special administrative mechanisms of knowledge assets.Problems necessarily to be solved in particular in enterprise management lie in the changing of modes of the thought, equally managing enterprise knowledge assets and tangible ones,exploiting resources of the talented people and protecting talent assets,enhancing enterprise creativemess and establishing special organizations to rationally assess and audit knowledge assets at regular intervals.
