摘    要:推进教育城乡统筹对于实现教育公平,构建和谐社会具有战略性、基础性和决定性的作用。从微观视角分析,在推进重庆教育城乡统筹的进程中,只有找准造成城乡教育差距的深层次原因,看清城乡教育的实际差距,抓住推进城镇化建设和新农村建设的契机,走城乡教育特色发展之路,才能实现城乡教育的全面、协调、可持续发展。

Abstract:It is of strategic, fundamental and decisive importance to promote the balance of urban and rural educational development, especially in realizing fair education and in constructing a harmonious society. From a micro perspective, in this process, only when we find out the interior causes of the gap between urban and rural education can we realize the real difference between urban and rural education, seize the chance of urbanization and new rural construction, lead the road of characteristic urban and rural educational development, and realize the all-round, harmonious and sustainable development of urban and rural development.
