高校专职心理教师职业倦怠与离职倾向的关系研究

摘    要:以随机抽取的国内7个城市25所高校的68名高校专职心理教师为对象,以Maslach的教师职业倦怠问卷(MBI)、Meyer和Allen的离职意向问卷为工具进行测查。结果表明:高校专职心理教师的离职倾向相当严重;性别、婚姻状况和参加工作年数等人口统计学变量对其职业倦怠和离职倾向有影响;职业倦怠的情绪衰竭、去人性化、低个人成就感等全部三个因子均对离职倾向有显著回归效应,情绪衰竭和去人性化两个因子对离开组织倾向也具有显著回归效应。

A Research into the Relation Between Job Burnout and Demission Tendency of Full-time College Psychology Teachers

Abstract:A total of 68 full-time psychology teachers drawn at random from 25 universities in seven cities were investigated with MBI and demission intention questionnaire. Results showed that the demission tendency of full time college psychol ogy teachers was quite strong, demographic variables such as gender, marriage and length of the time employed have diverse influences on their job burnout and demission tendency. The regression effect of all the three factors of job burnout on demission tendency and of the two factors besides the low sense of accomplishment on tendency of demission of the organizations was evident.
