企业流程重构实施中存在的问题

摘    要:企业流程重构(Business Process Reengineering,简称BPR)是一种先进的管理思想,BPR的实施要有一幅远景蓝图。要重视流程重构的方案,重视信息技术的应用以及对新流程实施的监测,评估和不断改进。目前,BPR实施中存在诸多认识上的误区,它们是导致BPR实施失败的主要原因之一。成功地实施BPR必须从人、技术、组织、化等方面入手。

Abstract:Business Process Engineering is an advanced management way of thinking. The application of Business Process Engineering requires a long term blueprint with particular emphasis on the Process Reengineering Plan, the application of information technology, and careful monitoring, appraisal, and improvement of the application of the new process. Currently there are many misconceptions regarding the application of BPR, which is the main reason for its failure. The successful application of a BPR must begin with aspects such as people, technology, organization, and culture.
