乾隆时期的安南政策研究

无论是乾隆中前期,还是晚期,清廷同安南关系仍未突破中国传统宗藩关系旧模式。乾隆中前期清廷对安南内乱的不干涉政策和对边界争端的羁縻政策,固能体现出清廷对周边国家的友好态度,但却更多体现为＂天下共主＂的＂上国＂心理。乾隆中后期双方冲突,以及清廷对安南阮氏王朝的最终承认,主观上虽不存在宗主国中国对安南内政进行干涉的心理,但客观上却构成了事实上的干涉。概而言之,这一政策既在清代中越交往史中发挥过积极作用,又有其不足之处。

One Study on the Relationship between China and Vietnam during the Ruling of Qianlong

Whether in the earlier , middle or later period of Qianlong ruling, the relationship between Qing dynasty and Vietnam didnt yet break up the old mode of China traditional Suzerain - Vassal System. Before the middle period the policy of the Qing dynasty hand off to Vietnam＇s internal wars and the Jimi policy to both sides boundary dispute although can embody its friendship to the surrounding countries, but it more emerged the psychology of the Qing dynasty think it＇sinthecenter of the world or at the top situation higher than other countries. And the both sides conflict between Sino - Vietnam in the late period of Qianlong ruling and the acceptability of Ruan＇s Dynasty finally by Qing dynasty although can more embody Qing dynasty persistence to traditional Suzerain - Vassal system, but in some degree it also contained many interference to Vietnamese interiors. In other words, although these policy once had some positive effects to both sides in the history, but its＇negative influence also existed objectively.
