高职院可持续发展的方向--对产学研结合模式的思考

高等职业教育是培养为生产一线服务的高级技术应用人才的，应该是以能力为本位，强调职业能力的培养，突出实用性、技能性、职业性。为此，应采取高职院校产学研结合的办学模式。作者就如何开展产、学、研结合的办学方式、师资建设等问题作了思考。

The Direction of Sustainable Development for Vocational Colleges

The education of vocational colleges should, in line with their place and target orientation, focus on cultivating the practical ability of students and emphasize practicality, skills and vocationally in teaching since it aims at training advanced technological and practical personnel for industries. Therefore, efforts should be made to stress the model of integrating production, learning and research in the process of school operation. In this paper, some proposals have been advanced on implementing the model of combining industry, learning and research at our college and on other issues like disciplinary arrangement, notions and patterns of school-running, faculty construction, etc.
