| Abstract: | This essay approves that talent is the key factor to develop sport industry.At the same time,it describes the lack of managerial and administrative talent in sport industry in China.Furthermore,the essay analyses a variety of factors that affect the development of Sport industry and puts forwards some feasible measures. |
