| Abstract: | According to the strategy of national TV & Radio University, the work of talents fostering mode reform and open education testing is launched on the whole scale in Fuxin TV & Radio University. Fostering students?ability is the key problem. The way of fasting, in which only students?knowledge was emphasized but not ability in the past, should be changed. Students?ability of pioneering, bringing forth new ideas, organizing and management, scientific experiment and political activity should be fostered according to society development and demand. |
