浅论法治资源整合的方法和意义

法治资源的整合,应当坚持借鉴、移植国外法治资源和继承、扬弃本土资源并举原则。既要保持本土法律传统适应社会发展的优秀内容,尊重自己的历史传统和现实条件,又必须自觉学习和借鉴西方发达国家法治中的有益成果。在坚持法的基本价值的前提下,通过借鉴、继承进而整合国内外法治资源,通过整合进而建设法治国家和和谐社会。

Resource of Rules by Law: Approaches and Functions of Its Integration

As for the integration of resource of rules by law,the principles such as borrowing,transplanting and drawing lessons from foreign resources of rules by law should be stressed.The pursuit of Chinese law construction lies in that we should draw and inherit lessons from the foreign and domestic law and the state should be ruled by law as well as a harmonious society by integrating the law resource.
