| 摘 要： | 在政治学理论中,"权力、权利和合法性"是三个核心层面。从该视角出发,分析解读《实施纲要》,既是领会《实施纲要》精神实质的必然要求,也是以期拓展腐败防治体系学理空间的一种分析路径。教育、制度、监督三大环节,既是贯彻落实《实施纲要》的三大路径,也是建立健全腐败防治体系的三大着力点。

| Abstract: | Power,Right and Legality are three central concepts of the political theory.Based on these,the analysis of the Implemental Compendium in the directions of the Politics Science,not only is the inevitable requirements of understanding the essential,but also is an analytic approach so that it can extend the doctrinal space of the system.Three pivotal aspects of Education,System and Supervision,not only are three ways of carrying on the Implemental Compendium,but also are three emphases of founding and improving the preventive and remedial system of the corruption. |
