岗位需求特征视角下的工学结合形式研究

目前各高职院校在开展工学结合实践中均存在或多或少的问题及困境,如何采取有效的工学结合形式是我们面对和必须解决的问题。文章采用一种新的研究视角,在分析企业岗位需求特征情况下,具体探讨高职教育如何采取恰当的工学结合形式,并提出系列保障措施。

Research on the Form of Combining the Study and the Practice in the View of Demanding-Characteristics of Position

Nowadays there are many problems and hardship in the implementing process of combining the study and the practice in the vocational colleges,so deciding which form of study and practice to take is the most important problem that we're facing to.In a new researching view,this article discusses how to take an effective form of combining study and prac-tice,and puts forward series of safeguards in case of analyzing position-demanding characteristics in business.Due to textual-length limitation,some measures and suggestions will not be given details in this article.
