非素质教育问题论略

摘    要:学术界对非素质教育现状得以产生的根源讨论相对薄弱。教育其实是份契约,繁育契约包含有四种目标:社会目标、家庭培养目标、受教育者的个人成长目标与课程目标。四大目标的核心是课程目标。教育契约内含的四种目标在现行教学体制中难以协调。非素质教育状况存在的根源在于家庭、教师和受教育者没有被当作平等的责任人。

Abstract:The academic circles ignore the discussion of the generating roots of the non-quality education. In fact, the process of can be regarded as a contract, which includes four targets: social, family, personal and curriculum. The curriculum target should be regarded as the nucleus. The four targets show their difficulties in coordinating with each other. The real reason leading to non-quality education rests with the attitude that the families, the teachers and education receivers are not treated as equal joiners.
