| Abstract: | This paper is a relatively profound discussion on the comprehensive competitive capacity (CCC) of teachers' colleges. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages concerning some important educational factors that need to be taken into consideration in face of the increasingly challenging situation of higher education. Based on this, the author proposes that education reforms be of urgent need to raise the CCC of colleges so as to meet the requirements of the society of talents education. Finally, some suggestions are made on how to cultivate the CCC from various perspectives. |
