| 摘 要： | 宪政是保证国家稳定和社会秩序的重要制度设计。就我国而言,加强社会主义宪政建设有利于当前经济的发展和和谐社会的建立。文章主要从制度层面概括建国以来我国宪政建设所取得的成就,分析宪政建设过程中存在的问题,并探讨未来我国宪政建设的发展趋向。

| Abstract: | Constitutionalism is an important institution which guarantee the steadiness of country and social order.For our country,strengthening the socialism constitutionalism construction benefits to the development of economy and the setting-up of harmonious society.The paper mainly summarizes the achievements of Chinese constitutionalism construction from the aspect of institution since the setting-up of the country,analyzes the problems in the process of construction,and predicts the tendency in the future. |
