摘    要:合成含双元或多元金属的中孔载体材料,以期得到稳定高效多用途的工业催化剂,是材料研究方面新的趋势。采用中性伯胺(DDA)模板剂,在硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)的水解聚沉过程中,将双元金属Fe、Ce引入中孔分子筛骨架中,首次原位合成了分子自组装Fe/Ce-HMS。低角X衍射(XRD)、电子衍射(ED)及电镜(HTEM)分析表明合成样品为一维直通道纳米中孔材料,同时傅立叶红外变换(FT-IR)光谱分析发现SO_4~(2-)有强化分子的组装作用。

Abstract:To development a stable highly effective multi - functional catalyst with two or more metal elements-containing hexagonal mosoprous silica sieve(HMS) is newly a heat point in the filed of material. At present, iron and cerium-containing HMS by molecular assembly in themselves with the template reagent of dodecyl amine in the course of the hydrolytic coagulation of ethyl silicate(TEOS) was primarily prepared. Characterized by X - ray diffraction(XRD) ,fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), high-resolution electron microscope( HTEM) etc, the structure of sample with one dimension direct channel was shown, elements of iron and cerium were located in seats of lattice defects, at the same time, the stronger assembly of SO42- than the NO3 - and C1 - was revealed.
