| 摘 要： | 论文首先在对A—U模型的主要观点进行评析的基础上，系统地分析了微电子产业中DRAM产品的创新情况，继而探讨了产业演化过程中DRAM产品创新和工艺创新的分布模式，提出了改进的A—U模型，并对导致该分布的原因进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Based on comments of A-U Model, this paper systematically analyzes the innovation of DRAM, and studies the distribution of product and process innovation during the evolution of microelectronic industry in detail, by which we present an improved A-U model. Finally, this paper ends up with an explanation to this distribution. |
