| 摘 要： | 结婚生育是适龄在校大学生的基本权利,教育部新颁布的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》对大学生婚育已不再限制。然而,大学生婚育缺乏现实基础,在校大学生婚育会带来一系列问题。因此,应当对在校大学生婚育进行教育和引导,以减少由此而可能带来的负面影响。

| Abstract: | To get married and raise children are legal for the students who have reached lawful age.They are allowed to do so according to the "New regulations for College Students" issued recently by the Education Ministry.However,it is not practical for college students to get married and have children,which will bring about a series of problems.Therefore,the author suggests in this paper that students be guided and educated in order to reduce the side effect. |
