摘 要: | 为探究在不同职业阶段中国高级船员职业忠诚度的变化及其影响因素,通过问卷调查和访谈收集相关数据,运用逐步回归分析方法进行分析。研究结果显示:中国高级船员职业忠诚度随着职业阶段的变化而变化,且变化曲线整体呈现U形,其中在31~40岁年龄段(即职业中期)其职业忠诚度最低;相关的影响因素在不同职业阶段对高级船员职业忠诚度的影响强度不尽相同,其中前三个职业阶段的职业忠诚度受工作本身的影响最大,而职业末期的职业忠诚度受成就动机的影响最大。

Professional loyalty of Chinese officers in charge of ships at different career stages |

Abstract: | In order to investigate the change and the influencing factors of professional loyalty of Chinese officers in charge of ships at different career stages, the data are collected through questionnaires and interviews, and the stepwise regression analysis method is adopted to study these two issues. The research results show that: the professional loyalty of Chinese officers in charge of ships varies with the change of career stages, the overall trend can be described as a U shaped curve, and the lowest point of loyalty occurs at mid career, which is the 31 40 age group; the relevant influencing factors have different effects on the professional loyalty of the officers in charge of ships at different career stages. The professional loyalty at the first three career stages is most affected by the work itself, while the professional loyalty at the end career stage is mostly affected by achievement motivation. |
